On July 25th, 2024, Arrow Material Handling Products had the distinct pleasure of hosting one of our oldest and closest partners, Toyota Material Handling (TMH), for a special event that celebrated our enduring collaboration and mutual dedication to excellence. This gathering was a unique opportunity to deepen our partnership and showcase the heart of what we do at Arrow.

We were thrilled to welcome TMH district  managers from across the country to our manufacturing facility. It was an exciting day filled with insightful tours, face-to-face meetings, and, of course, fantastic food. Our guests had the chance to explore our production areas where we craft high-quality forks, buckets, and other essential attachments for material handling machinery. It was a pleasure to introduce them to our skilled welders and machinists, who take immense pride in their craftsmanship and the precision that defines our products.

Our sales team was eager to share the latest advancements and innovations at Arrow. One of the highlights of the day was our presentation on the Fork Handler, a standout product designed to enhance safety and efficiency in material handling. The enthusiasm around the Fork Handler was palpable, with many expressing their excitement about its capabilities in moving, lifting, attaching, and detaching forks with ease.

Another popular stop on the tour was our specialty line with Kaup by Arrow. Our smart load control clamp and telescoping fork tines garnered considerable interest, showing our commitment to cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of the industry.

No event is complete without a great meal, and we were delighted to treat our guests to world-famous Jack Stack Kansas City barbecue. The delicious lunch provided a perfect backdrop for informal conversations and networking, allowing us to strengthen personal connections and celebrate our shared achievements.

We are deeply grateful for the time and effort TMH took to join us, especially given the travel challenges posed by national airline issues. Toyota’s presence was invaluable, and it reinforced the strength of our partnership. At Arrow, we cherish our long-standing relationship with Toyota Material Handling and the Starlift program. Their support and collaboration have been crucial to our success, and we are excited about the future possibilities that lie ahead.

Thank you to everyone at TMH for making the trip and for being such a key part of our journey. We look forward to many more years of working together and achieving new milestones.

Here’s to continued success and innovation in the future!
